How long does processing & shipping take?
Our standard processing time is about 1-2days (working days). The Normal transit time for any West Malaysia address is 2-7 days and for East Malaysia address is 7 -14 days using Pos Malaysia.
For East Malaysia, If you need your order in a hurry, we do offer express shipping by customer request. Either by pos Laju or Skynet Services with extra shipping cost.
What kind of shipping do you offer, and how much is shipping?
Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the products. RM3.00 will be added to the bill for handling fee purposes.
For delivery within Semenanjung Malaysia we are using Skynet services. The delivery period will take 1-3 days depending on the area.
For Sabah And Sarawak the normal delivery will be by Pos Malaysia using airmail. Will reach destination insyaAllah, within 2 weeks.
Do you ship outside of the Malaysia?
We gladly accept international orders. Please refer to ordering method to place or order Please note that COD and Priority Mail are not available to international or local customers. All international customers will be charged an additional fee for international shipping. International customers will be notified of additional shipping fees (unless we are instructed otherwise) prior to shipment of order.
How long does an International Order take?
At Sumayya, we do our best to expedite international orders. International shipping normally would take approximately 14-20 days to arrive by standard Air Mail delivery. We do not ship International orders by Surface mail except Singapore. Many factors may delay an International Order - including paperwork, Customs Service inspection (local AND abroad ), Airline delays, and other factors. Due to this - an International order may occassionally take longer than the average timeframe.
Return & Exchange Policy

Product must be return within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Please take note that we do not provide monetary refund.
Shipping Reimbursement - Return/Exchange reimbursement policy:
Shipping reimbursement will only be provided for exchange requests on damaged and/or defective goods. We will not reimbursed shipping charges on requests for returning for exchange.
Please package any return/exchange items securely. If returned items arrive in an extremely damaged condition (i.e. items are damaged due to poor packaging) we may not accept and will return to you at your expense. If an item is found to be intentionally mishandled, altered, or modified we will not replaced it.
